After Your Visit

You have access to your medical records through our patient portal.
Login to the patient portal. Select Past Appointments. Click the visit date hyperlink to open the visit note.

After your prescription medication is sent, it takes 2-3 hours before your prescriptions are ready for pick-up at your preferred pharmacy. This is due to the time it takes for the pharmacist to process your prescription through your insurance policy.

If the price of your prescription medication is too high – please contact our office immediately. Our office cannot determine the exact price of each patient’s prescriptions in advance.
We will work with the Pharmacists, Compounding Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical representatives to determine the most cost effective approach to getting you your prescriptions. This may result in a change to the original prescription or a delay in picking up your prescription as we work to complete prior authorizations and additional paperwork required by your insurance company.
